We first develop a list of interested and qualified farm participants who register with the Farm Managers.

Mechanized farming at scale, large scale farming will employ people, keep up with food demand, and create abundance, thereby reducing poverty in Africa.

Developing Farmers for the Future.

These committed farmers are trained in excellent and sustainable agricultural practices as well as in business management skills to help navigate the journey and manage their land and farms development. They also will be able to effectively cultivate their crops, and increase exponentially their harvests.

Their resulting Co-op falls under the direction of a Client Success Supervisor who oversees four Farm Managers and 100 farms. 

The farm manager will offer support and become their partner in their journey.
